What happens after I have paid for my item?
Orders are normally processed each day Monday thru Friday. Usually, if your payment is received after 3:00 P.M. or on a weekend, it is processed on the next business day. Within hours of processing your order, we pick out the items you have selected and prepare them for shipment. If there’s ever a problem with an order, we’ll contact you ASAP.
What shipping methods do you have available?
We ship the majority of all of our items via Australia Post. For larger orders Toll Ipec is a preferred service provider. All of our items ship under our own account no exceptions.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
After your order has been processed and shipped, Australia Post usually takes 1-6 business days to deliver. If you need your item faster (or even overnight!), expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Please feel free to contact us for express shipping quotes.
How much are the shipping fees?
The shipping fees for all of our products are clearly stated on the checkout page. The fees cover Australia Post standard shipping.
Do I have to pay GST?
Since we are an Australian business, we are required by law to charge 10% Sales tax when shipping to Australian Addresses. A tax invoice will be included within your package for your files.
Do you allow local pickup at your location?
In order to keep our prices low we do not have a store front and are primarily an online business and operate from our warehouse. Generally we do not allow pickup however for heavy items or large orders special arrangements may be arranged. Please feel free to contact us.
What do I do if my package was lost or damaged?
All products leave our warehouse in the condition described in the listing. If a package arrives damaged and insurance was requested with your order, please contact us and hold onto the merchandise and all packing materials until advised otherwise by our company. If a package arrives damaged and insurance was not requested we will do everything reasonable within our power to rectify the problem. If your shipment does not arrive when anticipated, you can contact us for further details.
